Personalized wooden hockey-themed plaque to say "Thank You" to that special coach. Laser-cut decorative pieces are mounted on a square wooden pallet-style plaque. Each puck contains a player's name from your team. The goal is engraved with the coach's name, team name, and season. Light-weight design easily mounts to walls or doors, or set it in a bookshelf. This coaches award makes a perfect end-of-the-season gift. Now available in a 11" x 17" version for large teams (15 + players). Message us with special requests; we are flexible with our designs.

Pucks are made of acrylic and feature player's names. Choose as many as you need. Note that for more than 14 players the larger rectangular version is recommended.
The wooden goal is laser engraved with a special thank you message.

The regular square sign is approximately 10″ in square and .75″ thick. Weighs approximately .75 pounds.

The large rectangular sign is approximately 11″ by 17" and .75″ thick. Weighs approximately 1 pound. Recommended for 14+ players.

Mounting – Comes with a short section of twine attached for hanging.
