All of our products are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized items may require additional time depending on the level of customization.

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or stuck in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim or locating the shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.
