We want you to love your personalized sailboat cutting board. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Because each board is custom engraved to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect personalization entered at checkout.

However, we will gladly replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Return Shipping
For approved returns due to damage or error, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
