Products & Custom Orders
Many of our products are made to order and may include personalized details such as names, dates, or locations. Please review all personalization information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
Order Processing & Production
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and personalized items may require additional production time. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Fern Valley Supply and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price.
